Ages: For children who have completed Kindergarten through Third Grade.
Camp Size: Spaces are limited to 30 for the entire camp, so be sure to register early.

Daily Schedule:
Each group of 15 students will have 1 certified teacher and 1 aide in order to serve each child more effectively. At times all of the children will be together or grouped in a manner so that students can teach and learn from one another.
8:00: Gather Together-Community building activity (game, song, movement, and connect with peers)
8:15: LML Focus- K-1 and 2-3
9:00: Reading and Writing Focus (Science and SS incorporated into objectives)
10:15: Snack K-1; Recreation 2-3
10:30: Snack 2-3; Recreation K-1
10:45: Math Focus (Science and SS incorporated into objectives)
11:30: What did I learn Today?- What have we learned today activity (game, song, craft, etc.)
12:00: Parent Pick-Up
Daily and Weekly Sessions Include:
- Healthy snacks and physical activity each day
- Learner and content centered activities
- Teambuilding and acceptance
- Literature and imagination
- Art and sharing with the community
- Weekly parent letter and home-connection activities
- Movement and practice
- Circle time and discussion
- Music and appreciation

- Social Studies and connecting the past and present
- Math and real world connections
Below is our Summer Camp Curriculum:
Week One: Who Am I?
Topic Focus: Name (origin of your name), Looks (fingerprints, specific features), How we learn differently (think, feel, and do),
LML Focus: We learn everywhere and differently than others
Week Two: What do my Eyes, Ears, and Nose Do?
Topic Focus: How do we use our ears to listen? How do we use our eyes to get the right information? How do we use our noses to help us gather more information?
LML Focus: We use four Learning Patterns
Week Three: What do my Mouth and Hands Do?
Topic Focus: How do we use our mouth to gather and share information? How do we use our hands to show others what we can do?
LML Focus: In-depth explanation of Precision and Technical Reasoning
Week Four: What are My Talents For?
Topic Focus: Music (appreciation, song writing and lyrics, poetry), Art (shapes, designs, mediums), Movement (sports, exercise, health benefits), Drama (impromptu, scripts, character), Helping (caring and providing help to others)
LML Focus: In-depth explanation of Sequence and Confluence
Week Five: What is My Mind For?
Topic and LML Focus: Using all areas of Math, Reading, Writing, Social Studies, and Science students will learn about all four of the Learning Patterns and how to use them at home and in school (decoding, Tether, Intensify, Forge, and Baby Strategies).
Week Six: What is My Learning Community?
Topic and LML Focus: Working with others (teambuilding), celebrating the communities of family (parents, grandparents, siblings), peers (sports teams and friends), and school (teachers, peers, and parents)
Cost and Registration
Cost: $100/week per first child; $85/week for each additional child
